Our clients can call AOH's 800 number to begin the injured patient's care anywhere in our network clinic system. We triage the case to the appropriate clinic or hospital necessary to expedite the patient's care, thus initiating case management and eventual billing process. Communications begin with the communications coordinator or our after-hours on-call triage facilitator. AOH's 24-hour service gives comfort, not only to the patient, but also to his employer. The employer is kept abreast of the case's statistical stream of information necessary for the management of his business and the knowledge of the condition of his employees.
